| Following, are the major steps and information needed to initiate the design of your pool and back yard environment:

Call the design office to schedule an appointment in your home or our office: (281) 403-4901 or leave us an online message.

Fax or bring in your site plan or survey prior to the meeting: (281) 403-4918

Have a target budget in mind.

Design meeting is to establish goals and wish list for items on your pool, discuss design intent and ambience of yard environment:
- shape
- size
- depth
- features
- controls and equipment
- finishes and materials

Select colors of tiles, coping and decking choices.

Consider other options:
- shade structures
- landscaping
- lighting
- fencing
- sculpture
- summer kitchens or out door grills
- drainage

Sign contract agreement.

Apply for financing.

Submit construction documents to city and Home Owner's association for permits.

Pool will be staked out in your yard for your approval of size, shape, location, and access route and you will meet your project manager.

Utilities such as gas, electric, cable and telephone are located and marked in the yard with flags or paint.

Construction begins! Excavation is first if utility relocation is not necessary. | |
