Here is some basic information about financing your dream swimming pool. Tom Jackson will work with you to find the best possible solution to finance your swimming pool. We have available to us, several financing options, even when your credit is not perfect.
- We use local banks at current competitive rates for customers with excellent credit.
- We have other sources for those with a blemish or two on their credit, such as divorce, bankruptcy or some slow pays.
- Most banks will finance 100% of the pool for 5, 10 or even 15 years with only a $200 to $500 deposit.
- The three most popular types of financing are:
- Home Improvement
- Home Equity (5% deposit required)
- Include the pool in the Home Mortgage
- From the day of application for the loan, it usually takes the bank 12 days to prepare the documents and get to closing. This is a "cooling off" period.
- Funding is 3 days after closing, that is when we can start the pool
- If funding is not approved, your contract can be cancelled and your deposit is returned in full
